Easter Dresses!

I know that I am several weeks past Easter, but I wanted to get the girls pictures in their very cute Easter Dresses that Grandma Sue and Grandpa Rod picked out for them. Right after Easter I had them all ready to take their pictures and the camera was dead with no batteries in sight! Today was the day!

Gone Fishin'

We went to the cabin in Island Park this weekend with the Boyd's and my parents. They were having a free kids fishing pond there on Saturday with prizes and fun things so we took all the kids. We were there for 2 hours and only 4-5 fish were caught...and none by our kids. They really enjoyed the casting and the reeling in!

Aiden LOVED playing in the dirt and would have easily won dirtiest child present if it were an award. He fell in the pond at least once...

After we left the fishing pond empty handed we then tried our luck at Henry's...most had luck however the Dabell's did not. Everyone caught a fish but us!!! Everyone around us were catching fish, everyone in the boat caught a fish...even Kyler!! In the end the Dabell's were left fishless! :) The kids all took turns having their picture taken with Ky's fish.

Matt's Wedding

Trent's cousin Matt got married in Bend, Oregon this past weekend and we were able to go on a little get a way without our sweet little children! :) We had a really nice time minus the extremely long drive 200+ miles that you can only go 55 mph!! Ahhh...it was a little torturous! :) A big thanks to Angie and Brady for watching our kiddo's!

Memorial Day Weekend

Life at the Dabell home has been very busy with all the usual stuff, plus we took on the Iona Summer Leagues of T-ball, Pitching Machine, and Softball. We have 55 teams and it has been very time consuming!! We were so bummed that the Memorial Day Weekend weather was not going to be good enough to go camping because we really wanted to get away. My dad came to the rescue, he got us, them, and the Boyd's hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn in Pocatello. The kids had SO MUCH FUN swimming!

Dance Recital

Here are our dancing queens! These are their cute hip hop costumes with their trophies that they got at the end of the year recital!!

Second Chance Prom

Trent and I went to Second Chance Prom with a bunch of couples from our ward. I had never heard of such an affair, and felt kinda dorky getting all dressed up! I borrowed a dress from one of the young women in our ward and we had a Prime Rib dinner catered that was delicious. The couple that organized this fabulous date, are photographers and took our pictures...

We got there to find 500ish people all mostly in formal wear dancing the night away! Trent won a one year gym membership and we literally danced until midnight! We had SO much fun...thanks Downy's!

Random Lexy Pics

What a cute girl we have! Lexy is growing so darn fast and is such a sweet little girl. Notice the pigtails in the last picture are sticking straight out. She has cute cute naturally curly hair! We just love this sweet girl!

Class Talent show

Brynly's class had a talent show in their music class. She sang 'Tear Drops from my Guitar' and played her 'A whole new world' piano piece. She did a great job!

Piano Recital

Brynly had her spring piano recital and did a fabulous job as usual! We are so bummed that her piano teacher is moving!!!

Easter

So...the pictures from Easter are a little lacking since I only have 1! We get so busy video taping and forget to take pictures! Saturday before Easter we went to our ward clean-up then to the city Easter Egg hunt and another party with the Gardner's that night! Sunday after church we went to Dabell's for dinner...we had fun!
