Look who is 4 months!

Oh my gosh I can't believe Lexy is already 4 months old!!
* she weighed just under 12 pounds (15th percentile) and 24 3/4 inches long (68th percentile) at her 4 month appointment last week.
* she sleeps from 9 pm to 6 or 7 am
* she has been giggling for several weeks now, and it is so cute we LOVE it!
*she is very patient except when it comes to her food!
*she still likes to be swaddled to go to sleep
*she loves baths
*she is very ticklish
*she has big tears when she cries
*she loves her sisters
*she loves to stand up on your lap
*she would NOT take a bottle for a while, but since starting rice cereal she will once in a while.
*she pretty much has us all wrapped around her little finger!





Lexy's first time eating rice cereal, she loves to eat it now but the first time not so much. I wish I would have caught her first bite and the look at that said "THIS TASTES DISGUSTING!" We love this little doll! :)

More Brynlyisms

She went with Trent on an errand and came home after bedtime. As they were getting out of the car Trent asks her "what's wrong?" she said "nothing" then as they walked in the door and he asked her again and she says " I'm just tired of course" what five year old says of course? :)

She got on the scale and said her feet weigh 40!

She learned how to whistle like her dad and first she has to get her lips "ready" then she has to make a tune just like her dad. She is proud as punch!!

Missy found a saying that fits Emry PERFECTLY right now-- "Chaos, Panic, disorder...my work here is done" :)

Valentines Day Weekend

Our Presidents/Valentines Weekend was spent up at the cabin in Island Park with my parents and sisters families. We had a nice time relaxing and playing! The girls loved to play in the snow and ride on the sled behind the snowmobile. My dad absolutely LOVES to be a grandpa. His life revolves around his family-- in particular the grandkids. Where ever they are, he is...having just as much fun as them and being just as loud and crazy as them!! He asked my mom to bring all the stuff for him and the kids to make Valentines sugar cookies. They had so much fun making a big mess and some yummy cookies!! :) I am so grateful to have such good parents, and I love that they love to be with our kids pretty much over everything else.





It is always nice to spend time together and have fun doing it!

Lexy and her CUTE smile!

She is a very happy baby and has been a breeze so far. (knock on wood) Brynly loves to be a big sister and tote her all around. She loves to play and talk to Lexy and Lexy LOVES her lots!

I went into Lexy's room to find her in the swing with Brynly's favorite little Webkinz dog LuLu.

We made peanut butter play dough and the girls loved that fact they could eat it and play with it!

Everyday is an adventure with our sweet (and kinda naughty) fashionista Emry...

and here she is in Bryn's pajamas over top of her clothes. You never know what she will come upstairs dressed in next! She LOVES LOVES LOVES to dress up!
